Press ReleaseLSTD organized a study visit to Hangzhou, China (7–8 August 2026), for a 27-member Lao government delegation led by H.E. Mr. Leklai SIVILAY, Minister of Public Works and Transport. The delegation gained first-hand insight into strategic partners Dahua Technology and Anlu International, reviewing the technologies and core systems behind the IVRTMS Project, and also visited Leapmotor and the Hangzhou Urban Planning Exhibition Hall. The full IVRTMS platform is set to launch for trial operation on 1 January 2027, laying a strong foundation for the modernization of Laos' vehicle and road traffic management system.
