The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end warehouse operations of the IVRTMS project, including receiving, inspection, storage, inventory control, and outbound materials for field deployment. The role ensures all equipment and materials are accurately tracked, safely stored, and readily available to support on-site installation and system rollout.

- Associate degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - At least 3 years of warehouse or inventory management experience; experience with IT/electronic/engineering materials is a strong advantage. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking; experience with ERP or WMS is a plus. - Basic English reading and writing ability. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage. - Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain accurate records with minimal supervision. - Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks including lifting and stock inspection.
