• Provide IT hardware and software support to users when issues affect their work. • Coordinate with developers to resolve outstanding user issues. • Troubleshoot network issues and problems with peripheral devices such as printers and scanners. • Install, configure, and provide training on systems based on user needs. • Maintain company or project equipment and assets in good working condition and at high performance. • Report work results and plans to the line manager.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field. • Able to install and configure computers, software, networks, and peripheral devices such as printers and scanners. • Understanding of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix. • Knowledge of or experience with server and network systems is an advantage. • Proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage. • Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills, systematic step-by-step thinking, and the ability to learn quickly and independently. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
