• Manage and monitor operational data from the intelligent traffic control system, transmitted from roadside field devices to the central command center, in order to verify and confirm system performance, such as traffic violation detection. • Manage and supervise the work of staff under their direction in verifying and confirming system performance, such as traffic violation detection. • Prepare reports on their own work and that of the staff under their supervision. • Prepare statistical reports to give management a clear view of system performance and of challenges that may arise during operations. • Attend planning meetings and develop operational plans in line with management's direction for each period.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field. • Good computer skills. • Knowledge of or experience working with a Network Operation Center (NOC) for command and system monitoring. • Leadership skills, with the ability to manage staff under their supervision and to report on their own work and that of their team. • Proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage. • Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills, systematic step-by-step thinking, and the ability to learn quickly and independently. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
